Drive-Thru Concepts
A drive-thru coffee business operates at a lower overhead than traditional shops and therefore fewer employees are needed. As a Bear Creek Coffee licensee you can always count on an on-time delivery, and an accelerated grand opening. The Double Drive-Thru is approximately a US$160,000-US$180,000 investment, including the US$28,500 initial deposit. Financing is available to qualified individuals.

Carts
Bear Creek Coffee Cart programs require an investment starting at US$45,500 for a fully equipped, working, code compliant cart. All carts/kiosks are built to order and offer a variety of options. Carts are built to comply with local Health and Utility codes. All units are expandable by the addition of support carts and other options. Special SBA and leasing programs are available to qualified individuals.

Build-Outs
  Bear Creek Coffee's Build-Out program for stand alone kiosks or inline cafés are all designed to suit. This format allows for creativity and the opportunity to operate in a larger facility with walk-in/sit-down traffic. Licensees have the choice of using our corporate design package and/or integrating their own ideas. They can also have a café custom designed to their own specifications. The Kiosk/Café investment can start as low as US$100,000.
